I can't honestly think of anything you could do to improve your service, you've
pretty well thought of everything and we would not hesitate to stay at your caravan
if we decided to visit Brean again.

I would encourage future holiday makers to spend time in your caravan, as it has
something for everyone.

The weekend we spent in your caravan 4th May-7th May 2007, was absolutely perfect. We could not believe our eyes when we saw how modern the caravan was, it looked so nice, it was wonderful staying in such a beautiful caravan.

Just wanted to say thankyou for letting us book your caravan at such short notice, we all had a really great time. I will let everyone know about your caravan, and will publish a few reviews on the web, so hopfully you can get some more bookings.
You have a fantastic caravan, and although most of the the stuff on-site was closed (I think only about 50 vans had people in them!), I can see that when the season is in full swing, the whole place would be buzzing.
Pontins was a real dive and I am so glad I made alternative arrangements.

Overall we had a great week, it was a pleasure to stay in such pleasant surroundings and to have all of the comforts of home. We were quite lucky to have rather a good week, weather-wise and one afternoon it was even warm enough to sit out on the verandah, having a beer, in the sunshine. Not bad for October!
I think Brean is a great little place and an ideal base for touring the Somerset area. We've been several times over the years, usually staying at Pontins, but Pontins has gone steadily downhill, so this year we decided to try and find a caravan, as there are lots of sites in the area.
The goody bags you left were a nice touch and we made pretty short work of the biscuits, chocolate etc and it was great to have use of the games and DVDs.
We didn't really use any of the site facilities, we went into the club one night and it was packed to the rafters, so we tended to go up to the Seagull in the evenings and we were out and about most days. We had no problems at all checking in or out though and the reception seemed pretty well-organised.
I can't honestly think of anything you could do to improve your service, you've pretty well thought of everything and we would not hesitate to stay at your caravan if we decided to visit Brean again.
Thanks for your hospitality, please feel free to use any part of this email as a testimonial.

Thanks for a lovely holiday we had in August 2007, the caravan was lovely, very clean and modern, it was very well situated for all the amenities on the site. Our daughters loved using the xbox and playing out in the grassed area around the caravan. Thanks for the welcome packs they were gratefully accepted. The reception staff were very helpful. All in all we had a great time.

The boys were well entertained by all the dvds and games for the Xbox, it was a caravan home from home.
It was so nice to find the kitchen equipped with all essentials, oil, ketchup dish cloths, etc.

We have been meaning to email you since our return to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your caravan.
It was so well equipped and comfortable we could not have asked for more. As the weather was good, it was great to have the decking and garden to enjoy. The welcome basket was very much appreciated and a lovely suprise. Needless to say, our young son really enjoyed his goody bag.
We would not hesitate to recommend the caravan and please feel free to use any of our comments on the website.
Again, many thanks and hope to return to Brean soon.
